We maintain a comprehensive safety program that exceeds the required industry guidelines and standards. Our company works diligently on ensuring that all projects follow these standards strictly by providing safety plans, meetings, and training that fit the need of the project. Our safety program has been designed and implemented based on company policy, safety meetings and programs, and experiences from the field. Our program is constantly updated and enhanced to ensure a safe working environment for not only our employees but our customers and their employees as well.

Superior Cranes, Incorporated management personnel conduct regular safety meetings to discuss past issues and preventative procedures for future projects. Our operators, foremen, and superintendents also conduct daily pre-job safety meetings to confer all vulnerability on the job site, and a plan of action as needed.

Superior Cranes, Incorporated spends time recognizing, investigating, educating, and motivating all of our employees on the accountability of safety in our industry and the guidelines in which we adhere to under our Company Policy. We are a 100% Certified Drug-Free Work Force in which we conduct pre-employment, periodic, post accident, and random drug testing.
